Robbie knew the teenage girl has a crush on him.
He softened his stance.
“You dove into the ocean without telling me, Yasmin. We were twenty miles out. Ever seen a teenage girl bitten in half by a Great White?”
Yasmin joked, “Yes, in that movie that comes on at one in the morning, Jaws.”
Everybody laughed.
Robbie was not amused, “Yeah, the Stephen Spielberg movie Jaws… Remember the scene when she was eaten, that could have been you.” Yasmin hugs Robbie -- clings to him like a little girl, “I promise, Robbie -- I’ll do whatever you want me to.”
One of the young men remarked, “Better watch out, Robbie -- I think Yasmin’s trying to get you in her spider’s web!”

Robbie’s mood completely changed, the beautiful woman had put him in a trance. He glanced around the campfire, all eyes were on him.
Robbie managed a smile and said, “Where were we? EIGHTEEN
Hours later as the Caribbean sun sets, the temperature still in the high 90s, Robbie was comforting in his favorite chair in his beach cabin, sucking on a bottle of Rum. His sweat now beating down his brow -- wearing only in his briefs in the dark.
The moonlight cracking through an opened window as a small desk fan attempted to blow an infrequent ocean breeze in Robbie’s direction.
On his radio, the local news.
Gulps back a swig of Havana Club Rum in his left hand, his mind obviously on the beautiful woman he saw earlier
He heard outside in the distance a familiar song.
Not just any song, but it sounded like ‘The Year Of The Cat.’
He quickly raced to the front door and swung it open. It was ‘The Year Of The Cat.”
Kate stood -- looking better than ever in her white linen summer dress, with her phone playing the song.
