Jawanna is a personable and professional candidate. Her last position was working for Indiana Bank & Trust as a Customer Service Associate. During her time there, she worked both face to face customer service and in the call center. She managed client’s accounts, resolved issues, processed a heavy amount of data entry, and verified information. Unfortunately, the bank was bought out by another bank and they laid everyone off.
