Part 4.) There are several things Jason can expect to talk about during his medical exam. According 14 CFR 61.15(Subpart e), an airmen must provide a written report of each motor vehicle action to the FAA no later than 60 days after the offense. Failure to do so may result in denial of an application for any certificate or rating for up to 1 year after the motor vehicle action, or suspension/revocation of any certificate or rating. Although Jason will disclose this during his medical exam, he still must send the written report no later than 60 days after the offense.
