Jason Garrett Research Paper

Some people think that if Dallas let go of Jason Garrett, we will have a better record next year. Although Dallas does not have a good record I would not put the blame on all of him. When you are a part of a team it is not just one persons fault, everyone has a little bit to blame. Jerry Jones (owner) is thinking about releasing him and replacing him with Sean Peyton. Sean is currently working with the New Orleans Saints. Jason still has more to give with this franchise.

First, Jason Garrett is better fit to this team by plays. Jason has plays that no one would expect. In other words he is unpredictable with his plays that he calls. He does not use them a lot because if he did they would not be unpredictable. He has a play called Full Back Fake Half Back Flip where the full back fakes it up the middle and the half back breaks it to the outside. It is a very good trick play. Pulse he has pretty much no say so in trades. Jerry Jones puts the blame on Jason for a no good running game but its Jerry’s fault. Even though Jason doesn’t have a good running game he still proves to unpredictable and a good coach.

He has coached for 6 years on this team. Before that though, he played on this team. He was drafted in the 4th round of 1993 and played on this team for 7 years. Back in the 1990’s Dallas was a major team, and since Jason Garrett was on it he knows what it takes to be a winning team. He had to know what the talent they had back then and knows the talent they have now. He follows the same things they did when they were a winning team. Jason knows what Dallas can do to win he just needs a little

McManus writes, “Pederson's time as a player in the NFL has served him well in that way, and has been perhaps his biggest asset when it comes to establishing an early connection with his players.” The reader should be well-aware that Chip Kelly never played a snap in the NFL and had a problem connecting with his players. One player stated that there is a new culture with Pederson, and Chip Kelly was always known for his saying “culture beats scheme” which did not turn out so well. All this to say, what happens in 2017 is of paramount importance, and can shape the near future of the organization. There are a few Redskins who are worth noting that will be a key cog in determining the outcome of not only the season, but how their future in the nation’s capital.…
