Nelson Mandela once said, “I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it.” Courage is to have strength while in pain or grief, but it can also be doing an act of bravery. Being courageous can be very difficult, but is the best thing to be. People who show courage always come out better after they do. These people show courage because they all overcame hard times and made a better life for themselves.

Jared Padalecki is courageous by living through his anxiety and depression. Jared struggled with depression and anxiety most of his life. He is not afraid to talk about his life and how he has struggled. He provides hope for many people who also struggle with both mental illnesses. Jared uses his fame to donate
