The judge, like many outsiders, dramatically unaware as to what it took to service customers in a hotel, simply looked at attendance and basic requirements of the position. Japes, after being severely reprimanded by the judge, although he was not required to rehire Sneaky, and realizing Sneaky would do fine in a different job agreed to be more careful. Japes, however, would never terminate a server simply because they were not right for the job, and he would work hard to hire the right server for the right position. The shine was off the apple as Japes realized he barely interacted with any of the customers at the hotel. After the first few months as an executive he dedicated his time focussed on staff. Youngsters from wealthy families stayed in various camps throughout the area for eight weeks, religiously, every year. These camps were quite exclusive and varied from all boys to all girls to coeds with many different age groups.
