For several centuries there has been a widespread concern for the safety of soldiers who serve for the nation. Each and every year the number of soldiers we lose for these devastating land mines is exceptionally high. Even though there have been many technological developments in mine detection by the application of robots, proper established methods for diffusion of the mines aren’t come up. In order to create a robot which saves the soldiers life by effective detection and significant diffusion of the land mines we are introducing a concept called jamming technology in robots. This technology makes use of coffee granules upon application of a vacuum.. This technology is inspired from the human arm. We describe the mechanical design and implementation
