Jamie Oliver started as a pastry chef, and a sous chef at “The River Cafe” recognized him, so he was thrown into the world cooking platform. He had many shows over a course of years, but his biggest achievement in my opinion was when he banned unhealthy food in British schools. His other achievements were an MBE in Queen’s Birthday Honors, and he was inducted into the “Culinary Hall of Fame.” I also find it interesting that he helped raise awareness of discarding saltwater fish. I would like to be his apprentice for many reasons. He banned unhealthy foods in British schools. At home, I always cook and bake with healthy ingredients. I believe that eating healthy is very important. I would like to see his techniques while cooking with healthy
