Since the moment James Spaniolo walked into the room I noticed that he was going to make it a very casual presentation by the way be took off his coat and made himself comfortable. He was an excellent speaker who spoke with a lot of confidence and clarity. I noticed that before beginning his presentation, he stood in the power pose, which is something Ms. Nielson always encouraged us to do before speaking in front of an audience. Throughout his speech, I got the impression that he is a very humble, hard-working, and wise individual.
