On Thursday 03/29/2018 at approximately 2205 I was instructed by Lt. E. Gonzalez #122 to assist Officer E. Hernandez #216 at Marina Hall (located at 6515 Ocean Drive Corpus Christi which is on Texas A&M University-Corpus Christ) with talking with the neighborhoods. Upon arrival I activated body camera #5 and made contact with an individual by the name of Austin Lucero (student/resident) who lives next door in apartment #2121. I advised Lucero about the incident that occurred next door. I asked Lucero if he has been in his apartment all day, which Lucero advised that he arrived to his apartment a little before 1920 and was at the lobby area of the building until 1930 when he headed to the food truck and did not come back until approximately 2120 to the apartment.…
On Wednesday at 12:03 AM Resident Director Brandon Winslow received a phone call from Resident Assistant Christian San Pedro regarding a resident of concern. Resident Maryssa Hodder and Resident Marena Horan came to Resident Assistant Kayli Boyes with concerns on the whereabouts of Resident Falon Nonemacher who also resides in McHale 327. Resident Nonemacher was not answering phone calls from both Resident Hodder and Horan. RD Winslow was informed that Resident Nonemacher left to go home on Tuesday October 3rd around 1:00AM. Deputy Pujol followed proper directions, via New World mapping, to the location and used the right radio codes. Upon arrival, Deputy Pujol parked within a safe distance of the address and approached on foot. Deputy Pujol made contact with all subjects involved and conducted a proper investigation of a noise complaint. During the investigation, Deputy Pujol was able to develop enough probable cause to charge (capias request) a neighbor with a violation of the Brevard County Ordinance, 46-130. Deputy Pujol gathered the proper paperwork for the investigation (General Affidavit) and completed the investigation without the assistance of his Field Training Officer.…
On 9/26/14 the Board received a complaint from attorney David Streett on behalf of his client Malik Karim against Dr. Stanley Librach of St. Louis. Karim’s complaint alleged that Dr. Librach had confronted him in his office in a threatening manner. Karim’s complaint stated that the Doctor’s actions gave him concern for his safety as well as the well-being of a business associate that was with him in his office at the time. Malik Karim notified St. Peters Police Department by calling 911 while the incident was in progress. Dr. Librach left the complainant’s office and property of 2730 South St. Peters Parkway in St. Peters while the complainant was on the phone with 911.
