Objectives: Jalisa, will learn to find maladaptive behaviors and replaced them with positive thoughts.
Jalisa, will demonstrate for 2 consecutive weeks that she has been doing refraining negative thought by talking about it in session.
Interventions: Solution focused therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy, empowerment, Independence
