Jacqueline Matthews's Living Situation Case Study

Jacqueline Matthews’ living situation seems to play role in worsening her symptoms. Is it possible if she can get connected with housing department or other programs to help her in gaining independent living? After meeting with her on numerous sessions, I think her living situation is too chaotic for her and becomes a major barrier for her recovery.
Also, do you mind faxing or e-mailing me the copy of her treatment goals? She shared her concerns and frustrations for not having anyone to help her in building and exploring activities/areas of interest. I’m thinking that we may want to help her moving to the next step as we initiate plans to assist her with living situation.
Last, has anyone assisted her in getting MD state ID? According to her,
