As a judge for Jacob’s case I have decided to put him under the Youth Criminal Justice Act and sentence him as a youth. First degree murder will be Mr. Ind’s charge. I have taken into account this young man’s age, home life, personal experiences, the abuse he suffered, and how he planned the murders. In perspective, first degree murder is a reasonable charge because of Jacob’s mental, and emotional state, as well as the plans that went into the crime. Some sentences I have given him include: prison for 8 years, and 2 years of probation, and 14 hours of community service every 2 weeks. While in jail, classes such as: anger management, and proper supplement use, etc., would benefit Jacob greatly in rehabilitating, and reintegrating him back
