Predication: On 09/21/16, Point Of Contact (POC) Asset Protection Manager (APM) Jackie Mancino contacted APM Jakub Orlando regarding Staff Pharmacists Sawsan Alsaras who rang merchandise for herself with out anyone being present in the pharmacy.

Facts: On 10/17/16, APM Orlando reviwed CCTV Footage and POS Transaction to confirm this allegation. CCTV Footage and POS transactions confirmed that Pharmacists Alsaeas rung merchandise for herself, furthermore; Pharmacists Alsaeas keyed in a credit card which she got the numbers from her phone.

On 10/18/16, APM Orlando interviewed Pharmacists Alsaeas with Store Manager(MGR) Ramona Nunez as a witness. During the interview Pharmacists Alsaeas admitted to ringing merchandise for herself, stating
