If you don’t take any risks in life, you’d never know what could’ve happened if you did. I believe that regretting something you didn’t do when you had to chance to is worse than regretting something you did do. A reward outweighs a risk depending of the perspective of the person, but usually if you feel satisfied and you thought the risk was worth it then the reward is outweighed.
Some people might argue that extreme sports endanger your life and that doing something so close to death just for the experience isn’t worth it. In reality you are probably already doing a simple activity that’s risking your life, such as driving to a place, or even crossing the street can cause the death of your life. The point is if it wasn’t safe, few people would be participating. Thus if you ever get a chance to do an extreme sport, might as well do it because you only get to live once and at the end you’ll have a memory that will last you your whole
