JVS Pathways Team: Case Study

This counselor received a call from Michael and his father, Tom with some concerns about the JVS Pathways Team. Michael gave permission for his dad to explain their concerns to this counselor. Tom explained that since the internship planning meeting he hasn't heard much from the team and is very disappointed with the process. Tom stated that there has been little progress and no leads. He stated when Bill from the Pathways team has called, he updates them on where he has been looking, but nothing ever pans out. Tom stated that Michael is getting very "antsy" and really wants to work. He stated they are really disappointed and are not sure where to go from here. Michael informed this counselor that he is "willing to do anything". This counselor
