While taking this test I was stumped when it came to some of the questions, such as what types of books I would read, how quickly I react to situations whether in my favor or not. Reading over my results I came to see that I was pleasantly surprised. I liked the results I saw and was surprised by somethings I saw. In the DISC assessment I scored a high D. A high D has a lot of different traits such as how quickly and assertively I respond to questions and situations. My results with scoring a high D were the following “You can be sufficiently assertive

I would describe my personality as approachable, light hearted, and positive. I believe that, if asked, my colleagues and supervisor would say the same about me. I have worked with diverse groups of people most of my career, including my time in University. I am most comfortable, and happy, in this type of environment because it offers me unique learning opportunities. I have found, in the past, that I work well in an individually driven environment; however, I can certainly be productive in a team based setting as well.…

Growing up in one of the poorest regions of the United States has taught me two things; one, we are not defined by stereotypes, and two, hardships are made to be overcome. Nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, Middlesboro, KY sits on the Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia border. The multicolored fall foliage and the vivid green mountains in the spring are disserved by the descriptor spectacular. My roots are firmly nestled in the Cumberland Gap where Daniel Boone started his journey to the West decades ago. I am proud to call myself an Appalachian-American.…

Self-Assessment Assignment 1.A. Personality Test: Guardians I have already done this kind of test more than twice before, and I always got the same result, which is ISTJ. This website didn’t tell which personality type I have, but they told me I am a Guardian (SJ’s), and ISTJ is one of the four types of Guardians. The part that I totally agree with is that I am following the rules and cooperating with others, not very comfortable blazing new trails, cautious about change, honor customs and traditions, and believe in law and order. Many people say that I am very tradition and somewhat conservative, but I am also kind of flexible and open-minded.…

In order to study personality, psychologists devised a plan to qualitatively measure the traits that differentiate humans from one another. The Big Five Factor Model provides a concise measurement of five basic human qualities that most every person possesses. These qualities fluctuate throughout life and the quiz seeks to measure these changes throughout development. While the conclusions made based off this model are generalizations, it provides a clear view of how certain personality traits are affected by environment, age, gender, race, etc.…

My results from the 16 personalities quiz were the commander code ENTJ-T with a role of analyst and social engagement strategy. This self-assessment was spot on it was a tad scary; Extraverted I enjoy social interaction and being in slightly intimidating situations. Intuitive seeing as I love to learn about other people's perspective on things because my ideas aren’t necessarily the only or best ones out there. I enjoy creating hypothetical situations and sometimes just wonder... Thinking, the majority of the time I think more with my mind instead of my heart because sometimes that’s just a lot more practical and most times has better outcomes (in my opinion).…

Who am I? A question that would made you think well and might puzzle you out. Describing yourself is harder than describing someone because there are some areas in you that you are not certain of such as characteristics, personalities, and attitude.
