For JROTC, the commitment for success begins with oneself. To be better people, we must look at our weaknesses and turn them into our strengths. IN JROTC we find our weaknesses through a test called the Success Profiler. This test measures cadet’s self-esteem, decision making, time management, and so on. This test determines cadet’s weaknesses and strengths and allows them to build or develop them as a person.
At the beginning the school year, I took the Success profiler quiz. I was as honest as I could possible be and scored average on stress management, self-esteem, empathy, interpersonal assertion, decision making, sales orientation, physical wellness, interpersonal deference, and change orientation.
