JROTC Leadership Analysis

I consider myself a leader with unblemished character who can positively make a difference in people’s lives. I do not hesitate to act or engage on issues that I believe are important for an individual or team to be successful.

On one occasion, our Army JROTC community blood drive was subject to failure through lack of organization. I observed the Company Commander not properly delegating tasks, and many actions were not being accomplished. When he initially disregarded my valid concerns, I informed my JROTC leadership through the proper chain of command to intervene and ensure tasks were delegated and completed. We had a successful blood drive.
