JROTC improve my self-confidence and self-discipline throughout these years. I have been a part of this program for four years now, which label me as a LET IV. Shelbi Davis said, “It just helps you work with others and be able to clearly express yourself and not be afraid of what people think of you.” She is saying that you shouldn’t allow someone’s opinion change your character.
The JROTC program made me into an outstanding and well-rounded student and citizen in my community. I have learned about teamwork and how to express myself in small group meetings. You can learn how to become an exceptional leader through leadership, discipline, and motivation. Leadership stands for Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. With each of the seven qualities of leadership, you will become a respectful member of society.
