In the story “It’s that it Hurts” by Tomas Rivera,the it that hurts from the story is the boy felt like a disappointment because he may not get a good education, he may not get a good job, and his parents may be disappointment in him. Example one is the boy may feel disappointed because he may not get a good education because he got expelled. He got expelled because he got into a fight. Now he is disappointed because he will not get a good education since he is expelled. Therefore he will not be able to become a telephone operator. Now he will be disappointment because he may not get to be a telephone operator. Now he may have to work on the farm and become a migrant worker.So now since he can not get a good education he won't be able to
