All through out America there are fast food places that are quick, cheap, and easy. Food advertisements on television and billboards around the country that persuade American’s to eat unhealthy foods. The toxic environment of unhealthy foods being cheap and easily accessible has lead to an increase in the obesity epidemic in America. By providing research from a psychologist, who studies the human mind and its function, with the bonus of being from one of the top universities in America makes the claim of living a “toxic food environment” more believable.
