Ithaca, N.Y. (WENY) -- Come one come all to Circus Culture in Downtown Ithaca. It is the city's very own circus school, but it is not your mainstream circus academy. There are no animals and no clowns, but the new Circus School is filled with a lot of 'monkeying around'.
"It was really important to me that this is very much a circus of this community. It's made up of people who live here, who gravitate here to Ithaca and appreciate our community and also circus. So it's going to look different in every community," said Amy Cohen, Founder and Director of Circus Culture.
