There are many great vacation spots in the world, in this document I will share why Italy is among those top vacation spots. I will share Italy’s geography, culture, landmarks, food, and history. Italy is a boot-shaped peninsula that is around the size of the state Arizona, which is located in the United States. To the west of Italy is the Adriatic Sea, and to the east is the Tyrrhenian Sea. To the North Italy is surrounded by France, Switzerland, Austria, and Slovenia. To the south of Italy is the Mediterranean Sea. Italy is also surrounded by The Alps to the north. Italy also has many lakes you can visit. In the summer, Italy’s average temperature is 80.6 degrees Fahrenheit making the perfect summer vacation destination.
