The personality type ISTJ seems to have many interesting traits. ISTJ’s are very passionate about being detail oriented and want to get the job done correctly the first time. We also have a very strict pattern on how to go about things. We can work alone and that is when we do our best work. But that doesn't mean we don’t like to socialize. Organization is a priority for ISTJs, as well as traditional structure in a group and the ability to work in said group. We are also dependable and stable and can be counted on.
