The construction industry in UK plays a important role in UK economic growth.It is also major contributor to gdp . The present UK construction industry is struggling with many issues or problems that requires academic research.Many researchers have made significant contributions trying to solve or reduce the impact of problems by publishing many journals and research papers.Now we going to discuss about few problems.

FEW CONTEMPORARY ISSUES IN UK CONSTRUCTION INDSTRY
There are many issues in uk construction industry but now we gonna discuss about about three issues and one issue in critical way.

• The sequential order of this system leads to miscomminication between contractors and designers like contractor wrongly understandings the design and results problems in buildability.
• The chance the of traditional way providing with changes in the last minite in the construction or design has been identified as the main reason for the delay in construction procurement.
Seeing these problems, alternative procurement approaches such as Design and Build and partnering have, and continue to evolved. However, there many of the alternatives have their particular 'problems '.
So procurement evolved as important problem in the present construction industry which needs continuing developement to the process which needs research.

CORRUPTION(FRAUD)
Corruption is a major problem both in developed and developing countries in construction industry. The construction industry is easily prone to crime. Factors such as the continuos turnover of staff, the movement of the workforce and the temporary nature of project work make the industry an easily prone for both opportunistic criminals and serious organised
