Issue Of Nursing Shortage

I came to the decision to address the issue of nursing shortages, because I have firsthand knowledge of its impact on the wellbeing of both patients and nurses. I see the negative impact on patient care and stress and anxiety nurses have to endure. I observe many situations where patients are in pain pleading for help but having to wait long periods before being seen. Nurses are busy providing care to patients who are deemed to be of higher priority. How can you as a nurse who took an oath to provide care and protect those suffering not be affected? Nursing shortages affect all aspects of health care and must be addressed to achieve a good health care system for patients and nurses. As a nurse I would like to advocate for better health
