As a Christian, I believe that what Omar states about the process and transition is consistent with what I believe it is just a matter of where you end up once you have transitioned. As a Christian though once I die I will come before the Judgement Seat of Christ to be judged and awarded for what I have done during my life. He did not explain the process of what will happen after death and where he will appear once he has transitioned. Due to both religions being monotheistic there are a lot of similarities in beliefs and how you choose to live your life for the most

I think I've learned many different things from the readings and the power points that differ from what I initially thought about each of the three monotheistic religions we talked about, and some that remain in line with what I believed or had heard about each of these three religions. I would like to first talk about christianity, I learned a lot about christianity in these last few weeks, things that I,ve never heard of even though I am a christian my self, I am a devoted roman catholic and I myself had a lot of misconceptions about my own religion, just imagine how it went with the other two of the monotheistic religions we talked about in class. For example I had no clue that in the begining of christianity christian had been persecuted, I had no idea I guess I had the common misconseption that most christians have that christianity emerged as apopular religion that grew fast and strong without any oposition.…

News nowadays is all about ISIS: “ISIS killed more than fifty innocent civilians people in Iraq”, “ISIS is planning to bomb Beirut”, “ISIS suspicious car found in turkey” … with all this media coverage, no wonder why westerners blame Islam. The hate has increased toward Muslims, a small example that shows this hate is a teacher that called a 12 years old student a terrorist in Fort Bend county, Texas just because he is a Muslim, despite the hate crimes against Muslims in Europe and the US. In fact, ISIS has nothing to do with Islam and those terrorists are contradicting the previous mentioned Islam principles. Moreover, ISIS is killing civilians, children, women and journalists and according to the United Nations (UN) at least 18,800 people…
