From all the study I have done with patient Ishmael Beah, all my studies prove that Ishmael Beah has been suffering from remembering his past, finding his identity and feeling guilty and responsible for everything her has done as a soldier in Africa. To diagnosis the problem he has with remembering his past and how he feels really guilty and responsible, Ishmael has to go counseling once every week and just talk about the past and the future. By going to counseling, he will be able to focus more on the future and finding out what is identity by just following what he really loves and focusing on it.
