Isfj Essay

The Guardian (ISFJ) also known as the protector is a personality type that focuses on the needs and protections of others. They are extremely loyal to their family and friends. ISFJs tend to stick to family values such as traditions. They are patient with others and always dedicate time to satisfy others needs. ISFJs are not as sociable they like keeping their work to themselves. Their quietness tends to be mistaken otherwise; people often think they are stubborn and cold-hearted. Ever since I was a young girl, I was often a target because I was super quiet and sensitive. I always been the type to not get revenge and to fix things instead. I’ve been the person to set my needs aside and help others. I love the outcome I get when it comes …show more content…
The reason why these jobs would be suitable for me would be because they are driven by personal values and they also deal with having a behind scenes profile. As I mentioned in my previous paragraph, ISFJs personalities are not that sociable. Some careers that I should avoid would be: an attorney, an actor, a marine, or a chemist. Reason being, that to have those jobs you have to have a strong character and those are not driven by feelings. I would not be suitable for those jobs because I am really sensitive and quiet. Having those jobs would probably have my stress levels increased. A career that I may pursue would be a Veterinarian or Veterinarian Technician. I would like to be a technician first just to gain some experience and later on I would go to vet school and become a veterinarian. I would like to pursue this career because it deals with animals and I would like to help those in need. I’ve seen many cases where there are many homeless dogs in the streets, and no one is doing a difference. I would like to be the change for these animals. For this career project, I would like to find a Veterinarian that I could interview. It would be an honor to see my future right in front of

I worked in the biology lab labeling pelts, bones, and animal specimens; by twenty-one, I obtained my bachelor’s degree and strived for my first job out of university. That summer, I joined Humane Society Naples and worked as a veterinary assistant, while also volunteering at the Conservancy of Southwest Florida in wildlife rehabilitation. This is my turning point and reminds me of Claudia at age seven, who wanted to save animals. The most vivid and unforgettable part of my time there was seeing the transformation of the animal’s health and behavior. From the time, they come into the shelter, scared and sometimes in pain, to then being apart of the team to medically assess and treat them, to witness their ability to play with other animals, and then to the joys of adopters coming in looking for their forever pet, is…

I have always been known as being that person who has always been intact and has never shown a single ounce of weakness, because people view me this way, they think I am unbreakable, and that nothing in the world can wound me. I have always been that person that people turn to when they are stuck in a bottomless pit and cannot find a way to get out, because of this, I have always had an interest in being there for those who need a shoulder to accompany them. Since I was very young, I always clung to the passion of being at the side of others who were struggling, and were in desperate need of help. I played with baby dolls until I was ten years old, I would bathe them, I would change them, I would feed them, I would take them out for walks, and I treated them as if the plastic baby actually contained a human heart.…
