The patients with a history of coronary artery disease and atrial fibrillation more prompt to arrive in hospital early. Average NIHSS score was elevated with early arrival group. Early detection of symptoms and effective treatment to those groups who identifying symptoms were higher with those patients who look for medical attention right away, feeling of panic or scared and use EMS compared to late arrival groups. 72.6% patients reached in hospital within 75 minutes, and average thrombolytic therapy or t-PA were administered in 193 minutes. The number of these study is higher on positive side, because they did not use a wide geographical distribution. They also calculated the number of hospitalized patient and measurement of time based on the administration of t-PA. It was necessary to spread the public teaching about the appropriate specific hospital where they could get proper treatment with thrombolytic therapy within short period of time. During the study, it was found out that some patients came from another hospital (not a stroke hospital) which took longer time and which had delay the treatment and prognosis compared to the patient with direct admit at the University hospital (appropriate hospital in Turkey for stroke treatment with thrombolytic therapy). Time is critical with stroke, every moment count with stroke.
