After having breakfast, Isaiah Bittner started asking his staff, Musa L. Kamara for a toy elephant. Staff Musa L. Kamara informed Isaiah Bittner that a toy elephant was not available but, Isaiah Bittner can have another toy that will be available during his leisure time. Isaiah Bittner immediately started crying, screaming, pushing chairs away and reaching for Musa L. Kamara’s shirt. Isaiah Bittner engaged in aggression such as, pinching, scratching and attempting to bite Musa L. Kamara. Isaiah Bittner was successfully blocked and the tantrum lasted for 2 minutes 1 second. About 5mins after the first tantrum, staff Musa L. Kamara prompted Isaiah Bittner to walk to his bedroom. Isaiah Bittner initially complied to demand and started walking
