1.2 In cases of conflict among documents covering this scope of work, the order of precedence of documents to resolve conflicts shall be, in descending order:

In all cases of conflict, however, Purchaser shall be advised before proceeding with affected scope of work.
1.3 Deviations from this standard must be approved in writing by Purchaser prior to implementation.
1.4 Should this standard prove unable to cover a given situation, the additional information required shall be developed and incorporated in this standard, subject to prior approval by Purchaser.
