Is William Shakespeare Still Relevant Today

Is William Shakespeare's still relevant today for the 9th grade curriculum? Should we still study William Shakespeare's ? Shakespeare is still relevant today because his plays and characters portray issues that affect all humans. I think we still should study William Shakespeare because it would be good for students to learn about him and study his plays. It's would be also good for them to act out the plays himself.

In the article “On the bard's birthday is Shakespeare still relevant” they are claiming that Shakespeare is still relevant nowadays. “His plays still tell the truth, buckled down are forced to consult hooked like “no tear Shakespeare, which drives all the poetry” (pg# 372). Shakespeare is relevant because up to this day high school still uses his poetry to influence us. Shakespeare is relevant because his poems can teach us to love or to show compassion about other people or the people we love. “But shakespeare is beautiful! This is saying we must keep our peace and we must learn how to keep our anger under control before anything gets out of hand. This is important because William Shakespeare's plays bring peace and teach us how to make peace with others. “The real story of "Romeo and Juliet in Baghdad" is of the audience, who see their lives played out before their eyes.
