Is Tri-Star Ethical?

Having to be ethical in the workplace and on a personal level at the same time is usually difficult for anyone. Tri-Star is in a scandal for their batteries over heating and exploding because of a product defect. The consequences due to the actions of the president of Tri-Star for choosing her employees over the safety of their batteries. From assessing the situation, we determine whether the president was ethical in her actions and knew of the imminent consequences.
