From this reading I find it rather interesting how solitary confinement is issued. At Least in the adult essence where a rule is broken and by rebelling against staff and or other inmates you go to solitary confinement. However in theory that sounds okay. However, after understanding the reality of this practice, it is in no way doing any good for the subject who is placed in this position, especially a child. If a child is placed in solitary confinement, how will the be able to rehabilitate or be habilitated? All this is doing is allowing someone who has a problem and taking the issue and placing it somewhere else. Which is not acceptable if the Juvenile system is trying to allow children a second chance in society. A phrase that stood out
