“Now that the dust is settling from the Supreme Court’s decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, which recognized a right to same-sex marriage.” (1) The world has changed, and the mind of people’s thinking also changed. I agree with Justice Kennedy, he said “The nature of injustice is that we may not always see it in our own times.”(2) For instance, when we are child we believe that is a Santa Claus in the world that can bring gift to us at Christmas night. As a child we believe it was true, but after we grew up we knew that the gift is parents given us. We changed our thinking because we know much about the world, and it also worked in human growth. At the beginning of the human history, people thought the earth is flat, but with the development of production technology, of expanding the range of human activities and all kinds of knowledge accumulation, people gradually realize that the earth on a larger scale can’t be flat, and According to the Magellan sailing there years proved that the earth is ellipsoid. As we see, we all made mistake before, and for the right of same-sex marriage. I think the government should create a federal law legalizing same-sex marriage to avoid more and more mistake happen in the future. There was a student studied in Rutgers, and he was a gay, once he brought his boyfriend back to the dorm; His roommate said some wounding words. He felt his heart suffered trauma, after that he committed suicide. Nevertheless, there are a lot teenagers killed themselves “The Universal Almanac listed a total of 4,960 completed suicides among US youth aged 15 to 24 years of age in 1993; The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services estimated 3 that "as many as 30% of completed youth suicides each year" are performed by gays and lesbians.”(“Suicide among gay and lesbian youth”)

The information she provides us in her reading can not necessarily be backed up. She is only stating how polygamy fits in with her own lifestyle. Not everyone has the same job, similar work schedules, and/or have children to take care of. It is selfish of the author to state how polygamy only fits into her lifestyle.…
