Environmental Struggle; Is Pollution Worth It Greg Graffin, a lead singer of the band “Bad Religion,” once said, “ So much of the habitat destruction and pollution is based on the simple principle that we somehow have been given free license over other species to degrade the planet.” Even though he’s speaking his mind, he makes a valid point about how we’ve been dumping our trash in the ocean and allowing factories to release gases and polluting our air. I am one of those people who cares about our oceans, the sea life in those oceans, and the very air we are breathing.
