The city of Louisville takes great pride in many of its parks and in the many opportunities with which it presents its citizens. For the most part, Louisville's parks are clean enjoyable places in which to spend time. However, although many of the people who live in Louisville are obese, much food is thrown away. Restaurants are extremely wasteful with their leftover food. For example, Subway restaurants have specific ways in which their breads must be baked in order to be visually pleasing. Only these visually acceptable loaves of bread can be served to customers. All loaves of bread that are either underbaked or overbaked are thrown away without a second thought.
