Juicing is the Way to Go Do you find yourself feeling tired or lacking energy? To do every day tasks or self-confidence and more will power to accomplish goals you have set for yourself? Today I will encourage you and motivate you into juicing. Juicing not only has helped me but has helped the rest of my family with their health needs. It has improved our lifestyle and our energy since we stared juicing. I am going to tell you the basic facts of juicing, and why you should try juicing and why it’s so tasty. I will also tell you all the benefits that come from juicing. So let me start by explaining what juicing is all about. Most people want to lose weight and gain muscle. 70% of Americans are overweight, and juicing is just another way to rid all the toxins from your body, and jump-start your metabolism. It flushes out the toxins that are stored in your body fat. Juicing also helps with your cravings. Juicing can help prevent cancer. According to Joe Cross, “most fruits and vegetables help fight against cancer, diabetes, inflammation, stress, memory loss, and relieves depression, they also cleanse your liver and kidneys, clear skin of acne, and make hair stronger.” So when juicing, you’re getting a much healthier way in helping preventing these problems. Your body is a human juicer; whatever your body takes in it blends inside your body and comes out. Why not put in a wonderful blend of fruits and veggies and help your body stay healthy? If you do try juicing make only as much juice that you are going to drink. You do not want to save the leftover juice because it can develop harmful bacteria.
