Scientist did a research and discovered that isolation strengthens individuals. Isolation can help boost your creativity because you're clearing distractions to allow yourself to reflect on your creativity. Isolation can alleviate depression because it boost your feelings. Becoming independent would also teach you that you don’t need anybody for company. For example, you can entertain yourself by reading a book or playing a game. You can also have self conversation because it help you think more about important things you need help on. Self evaluate and keep up with yourself because one day you’ll have to become an independent person who wants to be more than anybody else.
