The leadersl are interdependence and self sufficient. I strongly believe interdependence inside the organization which form a team work. Interdependence will bring a quality work and leadership potentials to everyone. While respecting other integrity, dignity and respect others, leaders recognized others strengths ,contribution and responsibilities. leaders will encourage them and others for a higher career or personal development . Once leader build success strategies and future plans of the organization managers will responsible with day to day procedures. I see the leader is someone who push their teams and work with them to reach the goal. In my school I encourage children to be leaders, to be strong and work as a team. Also among …show more content…
Most of the time I like to act as a Transformational leader. Motivating and guiding others to our goal. Also servant leadership will bring the vision of our school since our main priority is to serve these families better. Every time in a school setting immediate situation rise, only person to get decision is the leader /director. Therefore all three leadership combination is important.

I do not agree with a directive leadership which direct people to reach the goal. Sometimes Directive leadership is a must but do not need to use directive mode all the time. Rather than directive mode Facilitative leadership will reach the task easily and efficiently. Facilitative leadership encourage diversity in a classroom and in the work place. distributing authority and responsibilities will create great environment with divers influences.

As how author describe Leadership is a combination of human development and life experiences and will involve and evolution to create a great leader. As an example Nelsen Mandela leadership has change after a strong will. He change his leadership to more servant leadership later in his age to serve the people forever. leadership will transform with life experiences and persuade strong will to the final

Every teacher is a multi tasking leader. While changing diapers or teaching one group need to have a strong sense of the other groups. in the beginning of my classroom, it was very hard to find a system to control the classroom, but the second day I found solutions with coordinate different senses and building competency among children. As an educators I strongly believe we are here to build the future leaders, a strong future that would never let go, strong and children who will succeeded in their life. As a teachers it is our responsibility to make the evolution in their life.

I would like to quote what author wrote on the definition of the leadership, "But in the end ,how you define leadership and leaders will not be important as how others are affected by who you are and what you do, others will come to know your leadership

I am the type of person who will help others before myself. I strongly believe in servant leadership because if more people became leaders for a greater purpose than I believe many of the socials issue such as water, homelessness, and hunger could be resolved. Another form of reciprocal learning theory is transforming leadership. James MacGregor Burns describes this theory as “a process where leaders and followers raise one another to higher levels of morality and motivation” (pg 70). However, I will always try to get results using the transformational leadership theory before adjusting or changing to another theory that might give me results but will not benefit others in developing their potential. I always look for ways to solve problems and create a win-win situation. In this case, being a leader to me is not just being able to accomplish goals and objectives, but it is more of helping others become successful. I see teachers that are frustrated because the cannot teach the way they would like to teach because they have to teach “to the test”. I see others that might be dealing with roadblocks in implementing new strategies or programs to help our students.…

My Definition of Leadership Personally, I believe leadership is defined by influence; by the ability to effect change in society. A leader is a person who sets a standard that others follow. However, from an ethical point of view, that standard may be good or bad. Leadership is not interchangeable with honesty or principle; there are good people who simply do not inspire followers and bad leaders that are hugely effective in doing so.…
