Most people will realize that fish are a healthy part of a diet. As far as meat goes, a lot of people consider it to be a "cleaner" kind of meat than red meat. While I don 't think that is necessarily the case, I do believe that if someone wants to reduce the amount of animal products they consume, fish a few times a week should be a minimum.

Farm raised fish are crowded and live most of their lives in disease filled tanks. It seems a little bit counter intuitive, but I am DEFINITELY more okay with minimally processed bacon from a grass-fed animal than a farm raised fish. It seems so contrary, but your nutrition is really dependent on the environment an animal was raised in.
