Entrepreneurship is a vital aspect of success in today’s business environment it allows for new concepts and ideas to be discovered and consequently finding new solutions for addressing future business problems therefore creating opportunities. Innovation is essential for economic growth innovations and inventions are the backbone of entrepreneurship which in turn creates new value by dedicating patience and perseverance assuming that with the associated risks and receiving the subsequent rewards, independence and personal satisfaction.

McManus did not openly admit to wanting to achieve to show his brother Gary that he could be successful (line 41) but it was apparent through body language and other indications that this was the case and this shows that entrepreneurs are driven by these needs as mentioned many times throughout the interview for the need of getting the basics and standards of the business
