They state in the article that the newspapers/channels did not report the full story. They only reported parts of the news that they felt was all the public needed to hear. Their studies show however that on different social media sites and organizations show that the “people’s” overall view of Edward Snowden was that of him being a hero
Jeff Stein’s article took a different approach on the Snowden case. He spoke as if it was from the government's point of view. Stating how Snowden’s actions were acts of treason and should be added to a “kill list”.
