Is Depression Contagious?
Dr. Hendricksen in the article “Is depression Contagious?” States that It's been known over a decade that both healthy and unhealthy behaviors are contagious. First it defines that being unhappy or in the blues can alter a person's attitude. These “negative beliefs” as Dr. Hendricksen mentions in the article can be communicated from person to person and can happen among family, friends, or your colleagues.
Next Dr. Hendricksen studied over 100 freshmen college roommates at the beginning of the semester and then three to six months later.
