First, college has been proven to be better for your health. Studies show that people who go to college are more likely to be fit and lead healthy lives. Colleges have countless physical activities to partake in to stay active and healthy. In college you can make friends who do similar activities and you will be more motivated to do them yourself. "Many employers look at obese candidates and immediately think, 'this person failed in controlling their own health, how are they going to run a division,'" says Steve Seibold a writer who consulted several fortune 500 companies. All in all people who go to college will be more likely to stay fit and those who are more fit are more likely to get a job.

People with a college education are specially trained in their field or work making them more reliable and the obvious choice which is why they get payed more than those with less education.
