Cheerleading should be considered a sport. They have to be super athletic to be a cheerleader. Also, cheerleading might be in the Olympics. I don’t see American Football in the Olympics, yet people consider that a sport. Cheerleading takes a high level of skill that many people don’t have. Some people say that they may be putting Cheerleading in the Olympics, but the NCWA still thinks it needs to be developed more. Cheerleading is a sport because they’re thinking about putting it into the Olympics and everything in the Olympics are sports. It must be a physical activity and throwing someone in the air is which is called stunting. Competing against/with an opponent is required and they do this during competition.
