In the world, there are many great ideas that become superb inventions. One excellent invention, that is valuable and influential in our daily lives, is cereal, more so to busy people. This invention goes way back in history all the way to 1863 when it was invented by a man named James Caleb Jackson. The inventor originally poured a small amount of granola into a bowl with a splash of milk, and left it overnight and that's how we have cereal today! Cereal was originally invented to help cure digestive problems but, soon became a popular breakfast food. It is actually the number one breakfast food eaten in the world and is very beneficial in all different cultures. Additionally, cereal is very important to our lives because it can impact our mornings and is a good way to consume grain.

The wheat and grain in cereal can also helpful by providing more you energy. Most likely, when a person is busy it can be exhausting and cereal can help with that. As breakfastcereal.com says “Eating breakfast help to keep your energy up at the start of the day, and it is also a good chance to get some fibre into the diet.” Indeed, this is also good evidence because it describes how by adding more fibre to a daily diet, it’s healthy. Cereal also can help provide more energy and help you to power yourself through the day when you are busy. There are many cereals that have good nutrients and proteins that give you a “boost” throughout the day. In addition to that, a healthy grain cereal can help cure digestive problems.
