I believe that Brutus has remained as honorable as he appeared in Act One. For a few reason one being that he did not feel a need to kill Antony. He explained that he did not want to seem as a killer that there is no need for them to kill Antony since Caesar is going to be dead without Caesar Antony is nothing. This shows how he de does not wish to be a murder and stay honorable to the people he does not desire their feelings to get destroyed. Another reason is the entire reason he decided to kill Caesar is for the people not just for himself.
